Introducing Follow ups & Reminders 🚀
When you turn on follow ups on your automation:
If someone doesn't click your link in the first message, this feature automatically sends them a follow-up reminder after a set delay - giving them a nudge without any extra effort from you.
You can customize both the reminder message and the timing to suit your style.
The result? More link clicks, more conversions, and zero manual follow ups - all running on autopilot.
Note: Instagram only allows sending DMs upto 24 hours after the recipient has interacted with you in the chat. You may need to enable opening DMs to send follow up messages.

No problem, we got you covered.
Introducing Replays, with replays you can scan for missed comments on a specific post or reel and send automated DMs to them at once.
Replay DMs are sent in a smart queue to stay within Instagram's 200 DM/hour limit, so your account stays safe and within Instagram’s rate limit.
Note: Instagram only allows messaging within a 7-day window of a comment, so Replays can only send DMs to comments made in the last 7 days.

You can now attach images to your automated Instagram DM flows. Product shots, banners, or anything visual - send it alongside your message to drive more link clicks and conversions.
Note: Due to Meta's restrictions, adding an image reduces your message’s text limit to 80 characters.

We have now added the Follow To Get DM feature.
Now you can ask people to follow you before they get your links, DMs, coupon codes, or anything else you’re sharing. It’s a simple way to turn non-followers into followers while keeping your engagement boosted.
Note: The follow message only shows up for people who don’t follow you (or haven’t interacted with you before). Your existing followers will still get your links and DMs like usual, no extra steps for them.
